Originally asked to help change perceptions of Leeds Corn Exchange by developing a positive media relations campaign, on an ad hoc basis, we were retained on an ongoing basis to devise and deliver a complete marketing, events and communications strategy that would increase footfall and stimulate positive word of mouth for the Grade 1 listed retail centre.

In our time working on Leeds Corn Exchange, media coverage was universally positive, with several editorials commenting on the renewed fortunes of Leeds Corn Exchange. The PR campaign in one year alone resulted in 154 pieces of editorial across print, broadcast and online publications reaching a circulation of more than 30million.

We also devised and delivered a number of seasonal and year-round marketing campaigns, including video, print, digital, outdoor and events. Tenant occupancy on the retail floors increased and we developed a large social media following, with a lively and supportive network of advocates, helping to cement its reputation as the home of independent retail businesses in Leeds.
